100% Satisfaction guarantee? Not really...?

I recently ordered balloons %26amp; a box of chocolate for my husband for our anniversary. When he called to thank me, I was surprised to discover they had sent a little bag of candy instead of the box of chocolate. Their website advertizes a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I took the issue up with them. The only reason I went with this particular company rather than 1800 Flowers (which I normally use) is because of this balloon/chocolate deal. Also, their Substitution disclaimer only talks about flowers and vases, does not mencion chocolates. The reply I got from CS was that they could only refund me the delivery fee.

Should I accept their offer? Personally, I think this sucks...

No I do not think you should accept this offer You paid for the Balloon %26amp; Chocolate deal so they are wrong to send you a small bag of candy instead. Suppose your husband does not like candy but prefers chocolates--what now?!! Let the company be held responsible!!!!!!!! The customer is always right therefore you should make it public what the company did and what they%26#039;re refunding (which I%26#039;m sure is not even half of the total cost of the Balloon /Chocolate deal)--just the delivery fee They have to be joking!!!!!!!!.
Reply:i think you should just take whatever they are willing to give you for it, and then never do work with them again. Give them a bad review in yahoo business, or whatever it is, and maybe send a letter to your local paper if it is a local company.
Reply:Such is life, and it keeps gettin sucher. They probably ran out of the one thing so they substituted it. Did your husband still get the balloon. Those are cool cause everyone at the office thinks; wow I wish I had a wife like that. I digress if he was happy with the gift you should just take the offer and not do bussiness with them any more....
